Most Darwin residents visit Fetch for practical reasons. You need to collect a parcel, grab a birthday card on the way home, or pick up office supplies before a meeting. What many people miss is that every one of these visits could be earning points toward future purchases.
Fetch Rewards is our free loyalty program. It works across everything we sell: greeting cards and wrap, gifts, stationery and general office supplies, technology and business machines, and lottery tickets. The only exclusions are Australia Post products and services, and 30 Day Business Account purchases.
This guide breaks down how the program works, what you can earn, and the strategies that help you get the most value from your membership.
How the Program Works
Signing up takes less than a minute. Give your phone number at the counter, or register online at fetchnt.com.au/rewards. From that point forward, every eligible purchase adds points to your account.
Here’s a practical example. You visit Fetch to collect a parcel. While you’re here, you pick up a birthday card and a small gift. The card and the gift adds to your balance at 5 points per dollar spent. Neither purchase would have earned you anything at a larger retailer’s loyalty program where thresholds and tiers get in the way.
The difference with Fetch Rewards is simplicity. No tiers to climb. No minimum spend to activate your membership. You earn from day one.

What Earns Points
Different product categories earn at different rates. Greeting cards and gifts deliver the best return, followed by general merchandise.
| Product Category | Points Per $ |
|---|---|
| Greeting Cards & Wrap | 5 |
| Gifts | 5 |
| Stationery & General Office Supplies | 3 |
| Technology & Business Machines | 3 |
| Lotto & Instant Scratchits | 0.25 |
⚠️ Earning Exclusions: Australia Post Products and Services, 30 Day Business Account Purchases.
You can also view this information on our Fetch Rewards page. Greeting cards and gifts sit at the top because they represent high-value purchases for occasions throughout the year. Stationery, office supplies, and technology all earn consistently at 3 points per dollar.
Lottery and Instant Scratch-Its earn a minimal rate, but regular players who visit weekly still accumulate points over time. The only products excluded entirely are Australia Post products and services, and 30 Day Business Account purchases.
Checking Your Balance
Here’s a common frustration with loyalty programs: you sign up, earn points, then forget about them entirely. By the time you remember, half your balance has expired.
Fetch Rewards solves this two ways. First, your points balance prints on every receipt. Second, and this is new, we now display your balance in every email newsletter we send.
Open your email from Fetch, and your current points appear at the top. No apps to download. No passwords to remember. Your balance finds you automatically.
Redeeming Points
100 points equals $1 in redemption value. If you have 500 points, that takes $5 off your purchase. If you have 50 points, that takes 50 cents off.
There is no minimum redemption threshold. When you want to use your points, mention it at the counter and we apply them to your total. Use them on a gift for someone’s birthday. Put them toward office supplies. Spend them however you like.
Three restrictions apply: points cannot be redeemed on Instant Scratch-Its, lottery, or Australia Post products and services. Everything else is fair game.
Your points remain valid for 12 months from the date you earn them. That gives you a full year to accumulate and plan how you want to use them.
The Monthly Bonus Draw
Every month, we give away two prizes of 5,000 points each. That equals $50 in store credit for each winner.
Entering takes two seconds. Click the entry link in your Fetch email newsletter, and you’re in the draw. Winners get announced at the start of each month.
This adds a second reason to stay engaged with the program. Even during months when you’re not shopping much, opening your email and clicking the entry button keeps you in the running for bonus points.
Why Darwin Locals Benefit Most
Fetch combines four retail areas under one roof: a licensed post office, a gift shop, an office supplies store, and a lottery outlet. For residents in the suburbs around Berrimah, this creates a natural hub.
Consider how most Darwin households interact with us. You collect parcels regularly. You buy cards for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays throughout the year. You grab stationery or office supplies when you run low. Each of these visits, which you would make anyway, earns points that accumulate toward future purchases.
The growing residential areas nearby mean more people discovering Fetch as their local post office. If that describes you, starting with Fetch Rewards makes sense from your first visit.
