Fetch Rewards Monthly Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to Fetch Rewards members who:

• are subscribed to Fetch Rewards marketing emails;
  
• have an active Fetch Rewards account at the time of the draw; and
  
• enter the draw via the entry link in the Fetch Rewards monthly newsletter.
  

1.2 Fetch may, from time to time, promote additional opportunities to enter the draw.

1.3 Participants must be aged 18 years or over.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Eligible members may enter the Monthly Draw by clicking the entry button in the Fetch Rewards monthly email.

2.2 Only one entry per person per month is permitted unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Subscription status and account eligibility will be verified at the time of the draw.

2.4 Winners are selected using a random draw generator.

3. Prize

3.1 Two (2) winners will each receive 5,000 Fetch Rewards points (valued at $50) credited to their Fetch Rewards account.

3.2 Bonus Points:
If the winning member has earned Fetch Rewards points during the relevant draw month, they will receive an additional 5,000 Fetch Rewards points, for a total of 10,000 points (valued at $100).

3.3 Fetch Rewards points:

• have no cash value;

   

• are not transferable or exchangeable; and

   

• may be redeemed on eligible product categories only (excluded categories include Instant Scratch-Its, Lottery products, and Australia Post Products & Services).

   

4. Draw & Winner Selection

4.1 The draw will take place on the first Wednesday of each month.

4.2 Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Fetch Rewards members who have entered the draw.

4.3 Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.

4.4 Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of the draw.

5. General Conditions

5.1 By entering this promotion, participants agree to receive Fetch Rewards marketing communications.

5.2 Fetch reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Fetch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Fetch Rewards Privacy Policy.

6.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the promotion or by law.
