Frequently Asked Questions

A Fetch Syndicate is not your typical mate chipping in for a big ticket affair; instead, we run them in-store so our customers can buy a share in a higher-value ticket with more chances to win.

By joining, you're part of the syndicate we arrange, meaning you get better odds without the hassle. If the ticket wins, the prize is shared among everyone who bought a share.

  • Store syndicates that typically have Fetch in the name: Fetch Oz (Tuesday), Fetch Powerball (Thursday) and Fetch Saturday
  • Multigame syndicates running across the whole week, e.g. Fetch the Week (Monday through Saturday)
  • Group syndicates where we join with other outlets to be able to offer more chances with an even higher value ticket
  • Weekly syndicates are available every night of the week. We sometimes add last-minute ones, so keep an eye on the app.
  • Jackpots create a frenzy for syndicates; we will always have additional syndicates for the larger drawers.

System entries (like System 9) give you more number combinations than standard games. For example, while a standard game has seven numbers, a System 9 uses nine numbers, creating multiple combinations, which means multiple division wins increasing the prize value.

We regularly offer syndicates between $20 to $500. When there are jackpots and special events, we will set up syndicates for $2,500 per share.

You can purchase shares either:

  • In-store at Fetch
  • Online through the official lottery app/website (selecting The Lucky Lotto Shop as your favourite store)

A syndicate share or ticket is just that—a ticket. You can claim your share as you usually would.

We set up our syndicates up to 10 weeks in advance. You are welcome to purchase your favourite syndicates for the available draws.

  • Fetch syndicates are exclusive to Fetch customers.
  • Group syndicates are shared between multiple stores (like Alice Springs, Howard Springs, and Fetch), allowing participation in higher-value tickets

Tickets can be checked by matching the numbers from the drawer in the link here  ….. Or you can scan your ticket through the app, on the front page under the heading “Scan My Ticket”

The store has had multiple Division One wins over the years, including Division One and Division Two winning syndicates since the current ownership, continuing the lucky legacy of the previous owners.
